Policies

Sessions:
Sessions can be rescheduled as long as they are cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.

In the event a session is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice, more than once in a three month period, a $40 cancellation fee will be incurred.

In the event that Ruti needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

Classes:
For individual class registrations, students who miss their class may attend a future class. Only one future class will be allowed per registration. For monthly or subscription class registrations, students may attend any or all of the available sessions in their class. (For months that happen to have five class days, Students will have access to five classes that month for no additional cost.) In order to maintain class cohesiveness, students will not have the option of attending a class group other than the class they are registered for. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes – except on a case by case basis with extenuating circumstances. In the event Ruti needs to cancel a class, your class will be rescheduled or your subscription extended.

Refunds:
Refunds for provided client sessions or classes will be considered on a case by case basis. Any refunds issued will be minus any processing fees.
