This is an easy lesson that can be done as an introduction to the Feldenkrais Method.

There are a few essentials to benefit from this lesson-
Move slowly, gently, small movements.
Pay attention to what you do.
Avoid pain and if you can’t do a movement divert doing it in your imagination.

During the class, you will find a comfortable space and lie on your back.
You may need some blanket to elevate your head.
With awareness through movement you’ll release some unnecessary tension and gain more mobility in many areas of yourself.
